Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change and strive to be flexible with our clients. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully:

Cancellation Timeline & Refunds:

  • Cancellation made more than 15 days before the event: 80% refund of advance amount.

  • Cancellation made between 7 to 14 days before the event: 50% refund of advance amount.

  • Cancellation made less than 7 days before the event: No refund will be issued.

How Refunds are Processed:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method. Requests must be made in writing to skmcaters@gmail.com with the booking details.

Rescheduling Option:

In cases of unavoidable situations (e.g., natural calamities or government lockdowns), we offer rescheduling subject to availability within 3 months of the original event date.

Non-Refundable Conditions:

  • Non-refundable ingredients or logistics that were pre-booked for your event.

  • Last-minute changes leading to logistical costs.
