By accessing and using the SKM Caters website or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Bookings:

All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability. Advance payment is required to secure your date.

2. Pricing & Quotations:

Quotes are valid for 7 days and are subject to revision based on menu changes, market rates, and client requirements.

3. Menu Finalization:

Clients must confirm the final menu and guest count at least 7 days prior to the event. Last-minute changes may not be accommodated.

4. Payments:

Payments must be made in stages as agreed upon. Delayed payments may result in cancellation or additional charges.

5. Substitution Policy:

SKM Caters reserves the right to substitute ingredients or menu items of equivalent value based on seasonal availability.

6. Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for securing permissions, venue facilities, and timely coordination on the event day.

7. Force Majeure:

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
